Class Descriptions

At Fit to Fly, we welcome all levels from first time flyers through advanced aerialists. The descriptions below will help guide you to the right class level for you. Class levels may be combined for scheduling purposes.

MULTI LEVEL GROUP CLASS

Our multi-level classes are designed for people of all experience levels of aerial. We work to make each class a practice session for skills already attained including form and artistry, as well as working to add new skills to your repertoire.

Great for students ages 8 and up!

OPEN GYM

Open gym is an unstructured practice time for beginner through advanced aerialists looking for supervised time to practice skills. No formal instruction is given at these sessions, though an instructor is present for safety and supervisio
