WHAT IS AERIAL SILKS FITNESS?

Aerial silks  is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. Performers use the fabric to wrap, suspend, drop, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. Aerial silks are great for improving upper body strength and it's one of the best ab workouts around.

GROUP CLASSES

Ready to work out with other aerialists? Then join us for Beginner & Intermediate level group classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm, and Friday at 6:30pm.
